2012-13 Budget announcement

The Federal Treasurer, the Hon Wayne Swan MP, announced the Commonwealth 2012-13 Budget on 8 May 2012.

The range of initiatives in this budget support local communities; as well as participation in the arts and sport at all levels.
The budget also continues the Government support for elite sport in this Olympic year.
